1. Visual Attribute & Option Set Mapping

  • Inspect full metadata for attributes of any selected Bitrix24 and Dataverse entity.
  • Search attributes rapidly by logical schema name or localized display name.
  • Color-coded data types and built-in type Filtering to prevent incompatible mappings.
  • Drag-and-drop attribute mapping with automatic data-type compatibility validation.
  • Map Bitrix24 enumeration dictionaries (CRM_STATUS, CRM_ENUM_OWNERTYPE, CRM_ENUM_ACTIVITYTYPE, CRM_ENUM_ACTIVITYSTATUS, CRM_ENUM_ACTIVITYPRIORITY) directly to Dataverse Option Set, Status, and Status Reason fields.
  • Create missing custom attributes or global option sets directly in Microsoft Dataverse from within the tool if they do not yet exist in the target environment.

  • Inspect records in a sortable tabular grid with instant column value search.
  • Automatically skip empty rows where selected source attributes contain no values.

  • Save your configured migration map locally as a reusable file and reload it at any time.

3. Managed Data Transfer & Conflict Resolution

  • Automatic duplicate detection with configurable conflict resolution rules (skip, update, or overwrite).
  • Side-by-side preview of source records queued for export and records committed to Dataverse.

  • Safe user-controlled pause or cancellation of an active transfer job at any moment.

7-Step Migration Workflow

  1. Install XrmToolBox & Plugin: Download XrmToolBox and install IndiVision.BitrixMigrationTool from the Tool Library (or via NuGet).
  2. Connect to Microsoft Dataverse: Authenticate into your target Dynamics 365 / Dataverse environment using standard Microsoft OAuth / XrmToolBox connection manager.
  3. Connect to Bitrix24 REST Webhook: Generate an inbound webhook URL with CRM read permissions in your Bitrix24 portal and paste it into the tool connection bar.
  4. Select Entities & Attributes: Choose the entity pair (e.g., COMPANY -> Account, CONTACT -> Contact, DEAL -> Opportunity) and map standard and custom fields.
  5. Map Option Sets & Create Custom Fields: Align pipeline stages, statuses, and picklist values, creating new Dataverse fields on the fly where needed.
  6. Preview & Save Migration Map: Run a sample preview to verify field alignment and save your XML/JSON migration map locally.
  7. Execute Migration & Review Log: Run the transfer in recommended entity dependency order (Currencies -> Accounts -> Contacts -> Leads -> Opportunities -> Quotes/Invoices -> Activities) and verify completion in the transfer log.

Security & Local Credential Storage

  • All connections and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication to target Dataverse environments are handled natively by the official XrmToolBox SDK layer.
  • Communication with the source Bitrix24 instance runs directly from your workstation over HTTPS REST API using token authentication.
  • Your Dataverse credentials and encrypted Bitrix24 webhook token are stored strictly on your local computer and are never transmitted to any third-party cloud servers.
